Processing Time
Custom orders are shipped within two to four weeks of being placed. Photos only orders are shipped with two to three days. A receipt will be emailed to you after your order is placed.
Rush orders are available for $20 plus shipping. Rush orders will be completed within a week, plus shipping time. The rush order option is located in the check out process, after you input your shipping and order information.

Krista’s Creations offers two shipping options. Customers in the Omaha, Nebraska area may pick up their order for FREE. Orders not picked up will be shipped via FedEx or USPS. Shipping charges for orders shipped within the Continental United States are listed below. Orders placed outside of the Continental United States are subject to additional shipping fees.

Residents of Nebraska pay 7% sales tax.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with the product, contact us within 14 days of the product being delivered. Once the product is returned to us, we will refund your money less the original shipping costs and a 10% handling fee.
If the product is damaged, you must contact us within the 14 days of being delivered. We will make arrangements with you to return the product so it can be fixed at no additional charge.
Due to copyright issues, refunds are not available for photos only purchases.
